I agree with you on the point that a 16GB device is a slight ripoff, but I don't agree that a lawsuit is required. This lawsuit is silly. My first smartphone was a 8GB Motorola device. Once set up, I had 3.3GB left. Would I sue over this? No, because it's silly. If we started lawsuits over advertised storage, Android would have one against them a long time ago.
