Hi,
I have an MSI wind running Intrepid, and I have encountred the same problems when upgrading from 2.6.27.9 to 2.6.27.11
I booted into 2.6.27.9 and the ethernet connexion was working, then I booted into 2.6.27.11 and the ethernet connexion worked (it was a surprise) then I rebooted into 2.6.27.11 and the ethernet connexion did not work.
I will see later if when I reboot from 2.6.27.9 into 2.6.27.11 the ethernet connexion work systematically. (I don't have time right now)
I have generated the files (uname, lspci, dmesg) for the 3 boots :
-2.6.27.9 working
-2.6.27.11 working
-2.6.27.11 notworking
