Hi everyone, in advance sorry for my english from a french.
I have the same problem with my laptop. It's an old compaq R4000. I add that this problem exist since i've migrated to intrepid, and on Ubuntu, Xubuntu and Kubuntu. But in each distributions, the bug is different. With kubuntu, i can nevertheless work. But with Xubuntu and Ubuntu, it's impossible, I muss to restart the computer.
