My laptop (acer aspire 55200G) doesn't shutdown. It stop at "will now halt". At this moment, if i press 2 keys, it shutdown.
I have tried to launch kernell with acpi=force , noapic, nolapic but doesn't work.

I use Ubuntu 8.10 (64 bit).
