Is this still an issue for both of you? If so, could you take a look at this bug report I filed:

and try some of the things Leann Ogasawara has mentioned? It appears we may have the same issue, and I really want to get to the bottom of it all. No suggestions have worked for me, and so I'd be curious to see if any worked for either of you.
