It's not clear from this report which version of the kernel you are using. Please make sure you've tested against the latest 2.6.28 based Jaunty Jackalope 9.04 kernel - http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download

If the issue remains with this most recent kernel, please run the following from a terminal to automatically gather and attach debug info (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeam/KernelTeamBugPolicies):

apport-collect -p linux-image-`uname -r` 291629
