Exact the same hardware exept:
2x AMD Opteron 2372 HE, 2x Quad-Core
8 GB DDR2 ECC Registered
2x 500GB SATA
HW RAID1

But operating system is Debian 4.

This is somehow related to the iRMC / ServerView because it broke up at the same time when the problem occured.
Normal hardware reset won't fix this but when the server is unplugged from PSU for a moment it'll fix this for 1-5 days (for me). Then kipmi0 process start using 100% CPU (one of 8 core) again.
