I think you are making some confusion, so if need be, I can change the OP to be more clear:
With my currently installed system, I can see Hibernate from FUSA, and System Menu.
It works fine. But remember that I need to have uswsusp installed. without it, I cant see that option.
Suspend is not available with or without uswsusp.
With the LiveCD I can only see Suspend, but it failed to resume. I see no way to get logs from a LiveCD that fails to resume from suspend (other then doing some hardcode and mount LiveCD /var/log to actual disk instead the virtual ram drive).
So Leann can you make your request a bit more clear?
