Bug Description
Release 8.10 Intrepid Ibex
Scenario:
Select System | Shutdown | Restart
Expected: system will shut down and then restart causing computer to reboot, post, and display login screen
Instead: system progress meter descends half way, black screen appears with cursor, and it hangs. Manual reset button press is necessary to get it to post.
This was working properly two builds ago. Now it is broken.
Motherboard: IP35 Pro
