Comment 61 for bug 276476

Is definitely not fixed in Lucid 10.04. I'm facing this since upgrading to Lucid.

After login a backup cronjob was started (nice = 19!) and the system got nearly unusable.

Should anyone modifiy the bug status to pull some attraction on this issue again?
