Can you boot your computer normally, reproduce the problem, and then type these commands in a terminal?

uname -a > uname-a.log signature > version.log
cat /proc/version_
dmesg > dmesg.log
sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log
This should create 4 log files that you can attach to this bug report.
