I'm also getting these message on 2.6.27-9-generic 32bit kernel. I'm also having similar symptoms as Drew Frank does. Sometimes Ubuntu freezes during shutdown and I'm loosing wireless ans ADSL connections. This only happens when I'm using Deluge or Transmission torrents. And this is happening since I've upgraded to network-manager 0.7.
