Things have certainly improved with the linux-backports-modules, but I still see regular "noise floor calibration timeout" followed by the card becoming unresponsive. I've switched back to the madwifi drivers for now. I looked at the git changes for the wireless-testing branch and it seems like that problem is fixed in the 'master-2008-11-17' tagged tree. Is there a chance that the linux-backports-modules would step up to that level of the wireless drivers?
