Thanks Guillaume for testing with the Intrepid kernel. Dr. John - it would be great if you could test the Intrepid kernel too, to see if you get similar results. You should be able to test just by booting the live CD.

hefaeche - I'm not sure if you have the same issue as described here. There is nothing in your logs to suggest that.
