What happens when you add the text 'blacklist hostap_cs' at the end of the file /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist ? Please do so, reboot your computer and try to suspend afterwards. Please tell if it works.
You'll probably have network problems after you've added the line to the file, but this can be solved by removing the line you added to the blacklist file and reboot again.
