Sorry I must have missed the prior emails. I am now using Intrepid and still have this problem. I am still managing it by using the nvclock script. Please let me know what other information you might need.
Kernel is:
Linux version 2.6.27.2 (root@blaster) (gcc version 4.3.2 (Ubuntu 4.3.2-1ubuntu11) ) #1 SMP PREEMPT Sun Nov 30 09:14:44 EST 2008 (Ubuntu 2.6.27-7.16-generic)
I compiled it but only minimal changes to get the "low-latency desktop" and "1000hz" settings.
