I believe suspend/resume problems have been exacerbated by the switch from FAIR_USER_SCHED to FAIR_CGROUP_SCHED. Please try the following:

echo "SUSPEND_MODULES=ehci-hcd" > /tmp/unload_modules
chmod +x /tmp/unload_modules
sudo mv /tmp/unload_modules /etc/pm/config.d
