Comment 12 for bug 224894

Bug persist form gutsy to intrepid with 2.6.27-11.

I used to be able to circumnavigate this using udf-tools (restarting it before each time I inserted a DVD-R) but this stopped working a while ago. what I do get now is an error log:

1. when inserting a DVD-R NOTHING happens (not event a syslog entry)

2. when I try to manually mount I get:

This may just be a udf-tools bug and nothing to do with this problem...
