This is not a forum, but a bugtracker. For discussing please use the ubuntuforums [1] or the mailinglists [2].

To repeat it: "Fix released" means that this issue does not occur in intrepid anymore. "Nominated for hardy" means that this is still a issue in hardy and someone (me included!) wants to see this fixed there. I'm currently investigating the issue (though I'm not a kernel developer).
