Comment 21 for bug 218165

Tested on Intrepid Alpha 6 with a Acer 6920g and the sound is not working.

The hda-verb workaround is not working either. The device /dev/snd/hwC0D0 is not created anymore. I have tested with both options 'acer' and 'acer-aspire' in the /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base file. This is for the onboard speakers and mic, the external ones are working fine.
