The driver version selection is automated but when it has been previously set, the install script gets it instead of trying to guess.

For your webcam sensor, I got from testers three different kind of logs (a, b, c) and their settings allowed by the corresponding Windows driver are different. The testers of "a" discovered that the webcam works with the "c" driver and three settings not allowed by their Windows "a" driver are also working with the "c" driver so that to use the "c" instead of the "a" may be better.
The "his" version is the "c" (renamed after the names of the main contributors).
