I can confirm an definite issue with this driver as well. Neither Ndiswrapper nor Madwifi works.
Finally convinced a friend to switch from Vista on her new Toshiba laptop Satellite A205, which runs Hardy beautifully, but not getting wireless running is a deal breaker!
