Whenever ever I try to change the time in Ubuntu Hardy 8.04 (GNOME), it seems to be set probably, but I also get the following error:
Big font: "Failed to set the system time"
Small font: "/sbin/hwclock returned 256"

I haven't checked if it's set probably after a reboot, though.
