Thank you Matthew & the kernel team,

Proposed image 5.15.0-116-generic resolves the issue on my machine without the need for any workarounds (disabling amd_iommu,)

$ uname -r -v
5.15.0-116-generic #126-Ubuntu SMP Mon Jul 1 10:14:24 UTC 2024
