Same issue here with 3.5 mm audio output - no issue via HDMI.

For sake of completeness: The workaround to add in /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf a new last line "options snd-hda-intel power_save=0 power_save_controller=N" is not resolving but avoiding only the issue - still presenting twice popping during shutdown.
