Same issue here with Thinkpad P14s Gen 2 (AMD) with 23.10 installed just moments ago
I'm also unable to install the fixes on a fresh installation:
sudo apt install -t mantic-proposed mutter
Reading package lists... Done
E: The value 'mantic-proposed' is invalid for APT::Default-Release as such a release is not available in the sources
sudo apt install mutter/mantic-proposed
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
Package mutter is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
mutter-common-bin
E: Release 'mantic-proposed' for 'mutter' was not found
Did I miss something?
=> mutter-common-bin is already the newest version (45.0-3ubuntu3).
