After installing the 6.2.0.26 kernel, there were such messages:
"Generic FE-GE Realtek PHY r8169-0-200:00: Downshift occurred from negotiated speed 1Gbps to actual speed 100Mbps, check cabling!"
$ sudo journalctl -b 1 --dmesg | grep r8169
The number after -b is the reboot number.
