hi all and thanks for the help,

after the last restart it is up for around 65 hours with no internet problems, I will not shut it down if any thing happen soon I will report it

I run now kernel 6.2.0-31 and pcie_aspm=off hope it never let me down again

I think there is some thing else happening with PCIe ASPM on my system now but it is working any way

sudo dmesg | grep -i "PCIe ASPM"

[ 0.052181] PCIe ASPM is disabled
[ 0.182532] ACPI FADT declares the system doesn't support PCIe ASPM, so disable it
