Thanks. That log suggests it only took 2 seconds to shut down, and systemd clearly intended to power off the machine:

juin 13 09:20:47 celian-XPS-17-9700 systemd[1]: Finished systemd-poweroff.service - System Power Off.
juin 13 09:20:47 celian-XPS-17-9700 systemd[1]: Reached target poweroff.target - System Power Off.
juin 13 09:20:47 celian-XPS-17-9700 systemd[1]: Shutting down.
