I've resolved this problem on my computer. The problem was due to the driver for my USB wireless adapter, which had been installed using the instructions from https://ip-life.net/install-realtek-rtl88x2bu-wireless-drivers-linux-mint/

I reinstalled the driver, then ran "sudo apt update" followed by "sudo apt upgrade" and 'linux-headers-6.2.0-20-generic installed correctly.

This was the error I had been getting:

'make' -j 12 KVER=6.2.0-20-generic src=/usr/src/rtl88x2bu-5.8.7.1.....(bad exit status: 2)
ERROR (dkms apport): binary package for rtl88x2bu: 5.8.7.1 not found
