Thanks! That means the dGPU is not runtime suspended, so it's draining the power all the time.

Can you please again attach the output of
`cat /sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:03:00.1/power_state`
`grep . /sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:03:00.1/power/*`
