Well there is one touchpad as you'd have seen on the user manual picture for this Gigabyte P35G v2 model laptop.

As for Fn combinations of keys, yes, there're many of them - all of F1 to F12 do something when pressed together with Fn key, such as turing Wi-Fi on or off, Bluetooth on or off, screen brightness increase or decrease, speaker volume increase or decrease or mute etc. Interestingly there is one for locking or unlocking the touch pad itself (so that moving your palm over it or accidentally touching it takes no action).
