V3 Patch based on Mateusz Jończyk's patch that helps detecting Elantech touchpad on many laptops

Thanks Zak. This version of the patch includes your laptop's DMI info. Am sure there are other users, who might respond down the line.

Dmitry, could you please kindly review this patch & consider it for upstream merging? (we'd request for both stable & mainline please)
