Hello, I've got a few guesses:

- incompatibility with vbox, in which case oracle would probably need to be involved
- ran out of memory, I see some AppArmor ALLOWED entries with //null- profiles involved, depending upon how often sssd does those operations it's possible this could consume unswappable kernel memory. It would be best to extend your sssd profile and put that back into enforce mode.

Thadeu, Ben, any other thoughts? Is there a reason to keep this private?
