I'm also experiencing this exact issue on Jaunty Netbook Remix installed on a Dell Mini 9 with Broadcom 4312 wireless chipset. Ping & connectivity drops, but network manager reports full signal on wireless. Logs attached.
Should I enable Jaunty backports for a fix?
