Same issue with the latest stable kernel published today:

linux-headers-5.12.9-051209-generic : Depends: libc6 (>= 2.33) but 2.31-0ubuntu9.2 is installed

Ubuntu Server 20.04.2 LTS machine.

Please fix it. I don't feel comfortable installing 3rd party Kernels and I need to use mainline kernel to be able to use the iGPU on my 11gen Intel CPU for rendering.
