Are you using an out-of-tree driver / DKMS? Based on the attached dmesg, seems intel_hid taints the kernel. This made me suspect you're facing an issue dkms-building some module in 4.4.0-210.
Can you please try: apt-get --reinstall install linux-image-4.4.0-210-generic linux-modules-4.4.0-210-generic linux-modules-extra-4.4.0-210-generic linux-headers-4.4.0-210-generic
