Thanks for the new kernel. I have tried it.

Before suspend/resume:
Power consumption around 2.4 W
Idle stats: pc2-pc3-pc6 is reached
ASPM L1 enabled for NVMe

After suspend/resume:
Power consumption around 4.9 W
Idle stats: pc2-pc3 is reached
ASPM Disabled for NVMe

and keys & touchpad is working.
