https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=206411#c9 stated it may relate to the power sequence of a specific platform. I have also RTL8822BE installed, but it works on every Focal/Groovy + 5.4.0-42/5.7-rc1/5.8.0-16/5.9-rc1 combination.
