I have dual-boot with Windows 10 and the sound works perfectly. Only have issues in Ubuntu.
I have already tried many things to solve this but unsuccessfully. I will try to downgrade the kernel version.
I have the same problem here. My laptop is Dell G3-3590-A20P which have 2 audio cards:
