W10 dual boot: Sound playing for ~2-3 sec, then vanishes for ~2-3 sec in a loop

Bug Description

On ZenBook UX433FN with Dual Boot
After rebooting from Windows 10 (where the sound works OK), the sound in Ubuntu *19.10 is distorted and just available for 2-3 seconds, then silence 2-3 seconds, etc.

The issue went away after I've disabled Fast Boot in BIOS.
Correction:
Even with Fast Boot disabled, when using Restart from Windows 10, this behaviour is reproduced.
When booting after a Power Off, it works.

It seems to be an older bug that returned (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1784485).

Thank you
