similar to #459445 and #884210, when booting with a Logitech QuickCam plugged in:

the system starts to hang, it has no sound output, and /var/log/syslog is filled with lines like

Sep 20 13:36:36 eva kernel: [ 4210.449077] usb 1-6: 3:3: cannot set freq 16000 to ep 0x86

unplugging quickcam and replugging it fixes issue
