Having the same problem with 20.04 and kernel `5.3.0-24`.

Notebook suspends fine but after waking up, i cant even get to different TTY.

Bios update did not help.

Notebook Dell Latitude 14 5495, Ryzen 5 PRO 2500U, Vega 8
