Now I do not use UEFI PC(ASrock H110M-HVD mother), because another place.
I tested to install ubuntu-18.04.2, ubuntu-18.04.3 at BIOS PC.
it is install /dev/sda1 and pbr, boot fine.
I upload syslog file.
