Comment 0 for bug 1836188

This issue was only spotted on node Baltar (P9)

This is caused by the return value in:
  $ cat /sys/devices/system/node/has_normal_memory
  0,8

The test was trying to use do arithmetic operation with it, but didn't expect to get a return value with a comma in it.
