This bug is missing log files that will aid in diagnosing the problem. While running an Ubuntu kernel (not a mainline or third-party kernel) please enter the following command in a terminal window:
apport-collect 1831710
and then change the status of the bug to 'Confirmed'.
If, due to the nature of the issue you have encountered, you are unable to run this command, please add a comment stating that fact and change the bug status to 'Confirmed'.
This change has been made by an automated script, maintained by the Ubuntu Kernel Team.

Hey Jeremy,
The touchpad is working perfectly! Thank you.
You are right, unable to use Wifi in 19.04.
Any alternate solution possible?

"EFI variables are not supported on this system"
Is it an error/cause of concern, do I proceed?

I have been accustomed to using the mouse for this long since the initial
purchase, it's okay! Any way to know, rather verify if there is nothing
wrong with the touch pad itself?

May I ask what is an out-of-tree module generally? Most of the terms are
unfamiliar at large.

Hello Sumneet Kaur Bamrah,
You will need to file a new bug report for your new wifi issue.
If you're not sure where did the out-of-tree module came from, I would say a clean install of your OS might be easier to debug this touchpad issue.
Thanks.
