Is the signal weaker on the first card than the second. The logged data looks like what happens when the signal is marginal. Unfortunately, mac80211 is not really good at reconnecting when an interface loses the AP.
As long as it works at all, we have fixed the SPROM programming error. Sorry I cannot give you a fix for this problem.
