Is is possible to downgrade the BIOS at all?

The bug description says:

> Did not see this behavior before upgrading from 1.2.0 bios to 1.4.0 bios

and the problematic BIOS versions are only a couple of weeks old:

Unfortunately there's nothing newer yet either.
