fix sound using pavucontrol ..

Statistically it's an improvement, but I think the testing shows not-fixed sorry. The issue has never been predictable (at least not to me) and I still had 2 failures with -proposed.

If flaws in my testing can be found - please notify me.
My 'primary' box has 19.10 on it, thus the use of d780.
