It does seem to be at least when I just brought my computer out of sleep that the issue somehow is from a conflict with Linux & a webcam being plugged in, because when I saw last night that there seemed to be a link to the webcam, I unplugged my webcam from my computer & it was not frozen like it was always before. It seems like it could be that some webcams are in conflict with Linux when bringing it out of sleep, I have a laptop that also has a webcam on it, but when that is brought out of sleep, the laptop will load up right away, but my desktop computer is not.
